Responsibilities
Participation in small to large projects that require skill in business modeling and the ability to balance multiple products/services in one or more technical environments
Participation in the discovery and evaluation of process efficiencies related to operations of the Customer Care Center
Identification and collaborative resolution of WorkForce Management and Strategic Planning
Provide support for daily operational tasks supporting the Customer Care Center
Perform research at a supervisor’s request
Participation in projects to facilitate process improvement, system implementation and data management functions
Support the Customer Care Center leadership team by compiling, analyzing, and visualizing performance data to identify operational trends, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience

Required
Ability to work independently

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
