Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring delivery against established requirements
Build and maintain project plans, adapting standard methodologies to meet unique project needs
Collaborate with internal teams to size project work, validate estimates, and ensure accurate billing
Identify risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution across internal stakeholders
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams; ensure clarity in requirements and deliverables
Track budget performance and identify opportunities for added value and cost optimization
Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance as needed for contractual and financial dependencies
Support audit-related deliverables, gather sign‑offs, and ensure project compliance
Assist in integration-related activities, including merging teams and processes across organizations (approx. 200 employees)
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
Experience managing audit deliverables and structured approval processes
Solid understanding of project management methodologies
Strong follow-up skills and ownership mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal day‑to‑day supervision
Ability to build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
Industry awareness to adjust project approaches based on scope, time, and resource constraints
4+ years of relevant project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Familiarity with M&A or company integration work (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
