Start in 2026 SummerNeedham Bank is seeking an Intern for Accounting & Finance for the summer of 2026. The intern will perform routine accounting activities such as accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting while gaining a deeper understanding of accounting functions.

Responsibilities
Assume daily responsibilities of processing account payable payments to vendors
Assist in the preparation of period account reconciliations
Create ad-hoc reporting to help assist with financial analysis, as needed
Assist with a variety of projects, as needed
Provide support to the accounting & finance functions
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and its customers
Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook

Pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
Entry level knowledge of business environment
Preferred
Interest in banking preferred
Preference will be given to students who are entering their Junior and Senior year of college
An overall GPA of 3.2 or higher is strongly preferred, along with 18 business-related credits
