Manage high-volume caseloads and maintain accurate case documentation
Track deadlines, schedule appointments, and prepare pleadings
Handle discovery: incoming, outgoing, and summaries
Prepare for trial: exhibits, closing statements, and courtroom support
Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and diagnostic studies
Maintain subrogation info and assist with lien negotiations
Liaise with co-counsel, PACER, and court filing portals
Train team members on workflows and streamline MDL processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of Mass Torts experience
Demonstrated trial preparation and courtroom experience
Strong knowledge of MDL procedures and case management software
Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Paralegal certification or associate's degree preferred
