Responsibilities
Sort and open daily mail
Process returned mail
Mail out operations letters and statements
Review loan presentations to determine accurate loan purpose and collateral codes
Consolidate legacy files in the record room
Prepare payoff quotes
Scanning files
Perform research at a supervisors request
Participation in project teams to facilitate process improvement, system implementation, conversions and data management functions
Attend meetings and take minutes
Other duties as deemed necessary
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently
