Required
Proven expertise in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
Knowledge of Underwriting processes and financial analysis principles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Valid Mortgage Loan Originator license (or ability to obtain one) under NMLS
Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote environment
Preferred
Background in Finance or related fields is preferred
Proficiency in mortgage software and technology is a plus
