Revenue Analyst I
Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly invoices in accordance with customer contracts, work orders, and service reports
Accurately enter and maintain billing data in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with customer purchase orders and contractual terms
Upload invoices to customer portals, monitor submission status, and troubleshoot upload or submission errors
Collaborate with collections and sales teams to identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies related to pricing, purchase orders, or service dates
Maintain customer billing profiles, templates, tax information, and billing instructions within internal systems
Assist with maintaining and updating billing documentation, procedures, and standard operating processes (SOPs)
Provide general billing support to internal teams to help ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent relevant work experience
0-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or administrative support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (such as NetSuite or SAP)
