Responsibilities
Driving consistent revenue growth through successful renewals and upselling within your assigned enterprise accounts
Developing and maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders at major banks, payment companies, and fintechs
Ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding for new enterprise clients onto our platform
Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase market share
Becoming a subject-matter expert in cross-border payments data to effectively tailor solutions for client-specific use cases
Navigating and managing complex legal and procurement hurdles to secure long-term contracts
Qualification
Required
Manage enterprise-level client accounts with a track record of delivering consistent revenue
Communicate clearly and professionally with senior-level external and internal stakeholders
Navigate complex data sets and sell intelligence-based solutions rather than just software
Juggle multiple priorities with strong time management and high attention to detail
Translate high-level business goals into actionable account management tactics
Preferred
Experience in the FX, payments, or banking industries
Prior experience in customer success, presales, or onboarding for large financial institutions
