Responsibilities
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and project teams
Review architectural drawings, door and hardware schedules, and specifications
Coordinate with Estimators, Detailers, Vendors, Architects, and GCs
Track performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
Support vendor negotiations and job site coordination
Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of project management experience
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Division 8 knowledge strongly preferred
DHI certifications (AHC, CDC, EHC, DHT) a plus
