Work with clients and their teams conducting financial advisory due diligence in buy-side and sell-side transactions
Review target company financial information and other data to identify: historical and projected financial, operating and commercial trends, qualified earnings adjustments, working capital and debt needs, underlying risks that make an impact on valuation negotiations
Perform pre and post acquisition due diligence
Hire, train and mentor junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Certification - CPA, CFA, ABV, CVA
6+ years relevant experience
Management experience
Highly analytical and technical
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
