Education
Responsibilities
Partner with School Leader on meeting enrollment objectives and established metrics for school performance by planning and executing student retention and enrollment activities
Collaborate with the School Leader to implement the Montessori program and nurture a culture that strives for excellence while valuing and recognizing the contributions of each team member
Ensure the school complies with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements
Support compliance with Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) licensing regulations and company policies
Assist with documentation, monitoring, and daily practices to ensure the school consistently meets state licensing and safety standards
Maintain ratios and distributions at all times, using creative and financially responsible means to ensure classrooms are properly staffed
Participate in the hiring and retention of highly qualified staff as measured by education and experience
Partner with School Leader to monitor employee performance through goal setting, feedback, and periodic evaluations. Provide recognition and/or take necessary disciplinary actions (including performance improvement plans) conducive to staff development and success

Qualification
Required
An Associate's degree in education preferred or equivalent experience
A willingness to learn Montessori essential principles to support the development of high-fidelity Montessori practices
Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of education serving a student population and school community of comparable scope
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families to support enrollment, retention, and overall satisfaction
Proficiency with technology and software applications including current version of MS Office
Preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Experience in exceptional customer service, namely to prospective and current families through warm communication, timely follow-up, and problem resolution
Experience with revenue generation, budgets and financial accountability is a plus
