Responsibilities

Organize verification processes for both new and existing products, identifying high-risk areas and implementing rigorous test strategies
Develop and manage test plans and test cases to validate product features, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, non-functional, and user acceptance scenarios
Design, create, and maintain automated tests, introducing new testing solutions for scalable, repeatable testing
Conduct end-to-end testing to deep-dive into product features, exposing vulnerabilities and ensuring robust performance across diverse use cases
Advocate for realistic development timelines, test automation with CI/CD, and reduction of technical debt
Document test procedures, methodologies, and metrics, providing clear guidelines for team members and ensuring consistent quality standards
Provide detailed bug reports and root cause analyses to development teams, tracking issues to resolution and preventing recurrence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product Managers, Stakeholders, and Developers) to prioritize testing activities, manage schedules, and communicate findings
Integrate shift-left testing and test-driven development principles into project lifecycles, identifying issues early to reduce time-to-market
Perform structured testing sessions with internal users to capture real-world feedback, simulate practical usage scenarios, and refine test coverage
Produce and present quality metrics to QA and development staff, driving data-supported decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
4 Years of experience with end-to-end product testing and automated software testing
Experience with creating and executing tests for automated test suites such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Appium, or Espresso as well as experience integrating automated tests into GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Strong scripting or programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
Experience performing system load testing using frameworks such as K6 or JMeter
Experience with API testing, mocking, performance, and contract testing
Proficiency in non-functional testing, process flow testing, exploratory testing, and negative testing to ensure predictable and consistent product behavior
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, Stakeholders, and other QA teams
Capacity to organize and verify complex products, ensuring coverage across multiple operating systems and hardware configurations
Skilled in analyzing test results, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions
Capable of clearly documenting testing procedures, outcomes, and presenting progress metrics to leadership teams
Thrives in an Agile/Scrum environment
Possesses an analytic nature, asks hard questions, and looks for gaps in requirements and testing

Preferred

SQL and Azure Cloud experience is a plus
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and TestRail is a plus
