SAP Utilities Consultant
Largeton Group is actively looking for an experienced SAP Utilities Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP IDEX, specifically supporting Utilities Choice communication processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support, configure, and enhance deregulated energy market processes.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support SAP IDEX / SAP MPM / SAP APE solutions for Utilities Choice functions
Handle market communication processes including enrollments, drops, switches, meter reads, billing determinants, and settlements
Configure and manage IDEX message processing, workflows, and exception handling
Work with EDI / IDOC / XML based market messages and resolve related issues
Collaborate with business teams, market operators, and third-party vendors
Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and production deployments
Provide production support and troubleshooting for SAP Utilities Choice processes
Prepare functional documentation and process flows
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in SAP IS-U
Strong hands-on experience in SAP IDEX / SAP MPM / SAP APE
Deep understanding of Utilities Choice / Deregulated Energy Market processes
Experience with market roles (LDC, Supplier, ISO/RTO interactions)
Strong knowledge of EDI, IDOCs, and market messaging
Experience working in onsite, client-facing roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with US Utilities markets
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities (IDEX on S/4 is a plus)
Prior experience working with electric or gas deregulated markets
Experience in large utility transformation programs
