Responsibilities
Ensure maximum reimbursement for the company, set key objectives, communicate with key stakeholders
Establish revenue policies, best practice benchmarks & collaboration with service-line leaders, measuring progressive movement
Drive RCM performance across physician practices, surgical services & optical services
Create innovations, technology solutions & vendor relationships for market leading results
Ensure compliant, accurate, timely and optimized collections of consistent expected payment and cash flow
Establish workflow and review mechanisms to monitor and ensure expected outcomes
Evaluate AR throughout the course of the revenue cycle to identify and execute on strategies to improve overall performance and exceed national benchmarks for DOS, denial trends and aged AR percentages
Qualification
Required
10+ years in PE multi-site Healthcare industries
5+ years in supervisory role
Preferred
Ophthalmology / optometry experience highly preferred
