Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Implement and support Salesforce Professional Services (PSA) modules including: Certinia , Clarizen
Configure and manage Gainsight (Salesforce managed package) for customer success use cases
Implement and support Entitlement Management System (EMS) within Salesforce
Lead and execute data migration activities from external systems into Salesforce, ensuring data quality and integrity
Perform integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms such as LMS and survey tools
Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and troubleshooting
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
Follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines
Qualification
Required
8+ years overall experience
5+ years experience in Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Proven experience with Certinia and Clarizen (Salesforce Professional Services solutions)
Proven experience with Gainsight Salesforce package
Proven experience with Salesforce EMS (Entitlement Management System)
Experience in LMS data migration, specifically with Docebo
Experience in CSAT / survey data migration, specifically with Qualtrics
Strong knowledge of Data Loader, Import Wizard, and ETL tools
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
