Responsibilities

Lead daily development activities and sprint planning

Translate architectural designs into implementable technical tasks

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed

Mentor and guide full-stack developers and junior team members

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks

Coordinate with Solution Architect and Project Manager on technical deliverables

Define and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment

Participate in hands-on development for critical/complex modules

Qualification

Required

Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API

Strong experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3)

Solid understanding of database design and optimization (SQL Server, Entity Framework)

Experience working in Onsite Offshore Model

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent code review and quality assessment capabilities

Good understanding on Agentic AI Framework and ability to use agents to fast track project phases and reduce tech debt

Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Good understanding of Agent Driven Development

Preferred

Healthcare Domain experience (Broker Domain)
