Responsibilities

Architect, design, implement, test, and debug integrated embedded real-time software
Work with heterogeneous systems including firmware (FPGA) and hardware
Collaborate within cross-disciplinary Agile/IPT environments
Mentor and coach less experienced software engineers
Contribute to design reviews and proposals for advanced systems
Develop software for edge or embedded devices where time-critical function and mission assurance are key

Required

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a STEM degree
Experience with embedded C++ software, embedded software security, or software architecture design
Proficiency with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) like Green Hills, Integrity, or VxWorks
Demonstrated experience in developing complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required
Familiarity with reading electrical schematics, firmware source (VHDL/Verilog), and using lab instruments for debug
