Responsibilities
Own design and validation of System Level Test (SLT) from software perspective
Develop custom system-level tests to create effective screen tests for SLT
Collaborate with chip design and system validation teams to develop test plans for System to Tester correlation (optimize power/performance)
Write code to communicate SLT handler to test controller and peripherals (ex: temperature control units)
Write test methods, scripts, and code to create a test flow for key system-level tests
Qualification
Required
Experience in SLT, system validation, and/or bench testing
Experience in day-zero bring-up of new silicon at system level
Experience driving SLT testing in HVM
Testing/characterization of high power IPs: TPUs / CPUs / GPUs in mission mode
Experience with high-speed SerDes IPs: PCIe, Ethernet SerDes
Knowledge of network topology and network connectivity (HW + SW)
Programming: C#, C/C++, PERL, Python, .NET Framework
Experience in Security provisioning and knowledge of Fuse programming
Preferred
NPI, ATE, OSAT, RMA, HTOL, Burn-In
SLT handler selection and enablement
Working with multiple vendors for customized SLT solution
