Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans
Qualification
Required
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Active Virginia license (if you don't have it, we have a licensing partner that can help you obtain it)
At least 1 year of experience
High organizational skills
Effective and compassionate communication skills
Preferred
At least 10 billable hours weekly preferred
Potential to transition into a full-time role
