Responsibilities
Assist with proposal development activities, including coordination, formatting, and document preparation in support of senior proposal staff
Support the development of responses to government Requests for Information (RFIs) and related solicitation materials
Help review proposal content for compliance, accuracy, and consistency with solicitation requirements and internal guidelines
Draft and update past performance summaries with guidance from team members and subject matter experts
Participate in proposal team training sessions and professional development activities
Support internal projects such as documenting lessons learned, organizing proposal content, and maintaining historical materials for future reuse
Assist with proposal-related and supporting tasks to help ensure team progress during active proposal efforts
Qualification
Required
Must be a current college student; preference given to juniors and seniors
