Responsibilities
Leveraging cutting-edge technologies (including artificial intelligence) to scale our business
Collaborating with various teams and developing sustainable production systems, which can evolve and adapt to changes in our fast-paced, global business environment
Developing rigorous and scalable data management/analysis tools to support the investment process
Transforming concepts and ideas into robust software leveraging object-oriented or functional programming languages
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative or engineering field, e.g. mathematics, physics, statistics, quantitative finance, computational finance, computer science, engineering
Strong quantitative reasoning and programming skills
Interest in developing expertise in quantitative models and analytics
Interest in developing robust software
Interest in financial markets and keen to understand all facets of the Quantitative Equity Solutions business
Great communication skills (written and verbal)
A self-starter, should have the ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment
