People Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide high-level support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and inbox triage
Draft, proof, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
Assist with event prep, board materials, and cross-functional coordination as needed
Oversee day-to-day office operations; supplies, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and day-to-day logistics
Maintain a welcoming, professional, efficient workspace (in-office and hybrid environments)
Organize company-wide events, team offsites, and internal gatherings that build community
Partner with recruiting to support scheduling, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics
Assist with early-stage HR processes including new hire orientation, recordkeeping, and employee lifecycle tracking
Support employee engagement efforts, benefits communication, and people programs that enhance culture and retention
Help refine and implement scalable people ops processes, systems, and documentation across the organization
Leadership and teams feel supported, operational needs are anticipatorily addressed, and people ops processes contribute to a positive employee experience
The office environment runs smoothly, events are executed well, and executive workflows scale effectively
Recruiting, onboarding, and internal communications consistently reflect Cube’s culture and values

Required

Proven experience in executive support, office or operations management, and exposure to people operations or HR tasks
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and pivot between strategic and tactical priorities

Preferred

Experience with HRIS/ATS, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms a plus
