Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
Coordinate patient treatment plans, scheduling, and follow-up to maximize practice productivity
Manage billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and financial transactions using EMR/EHR systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and OSHA requirements
Facilitate communication between patients and providers regarding treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance matters
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal standards
Support clinic growth initiatives by implementing best practices in medical management and healthcare delivery
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks or similar platforms
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations including JCAHO standards
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a clinical setting
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, insurance companies, and vendors
Preferred
Prior experience in dental clinic or medical practice environment is highly preferred
