Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions
Participate in depositions and gain structured trial exposure (training available)
Collaborate closely with experienced litigators in a tight-knit, high-performance team
Maintain a 1,800-hour target with hybrid flexibility
Qualification
Required
6+ years of insurance coverage experience
Admitted to the Georgia Bar (or committed to relocating to Atlanta)
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal writing, analytical judgment, and issue-spotting ability
Litigation-focused, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
Preferred
Top-tier law schools preferred; top 25% + journal/moot court considered
Deposition or trial experience (helpful, not required)
Moot court or law review background
