Project Management Analyst
Global Technical Talent is a leading natural gas and electric energy company serving millions of customers across the United States. They are seeking a highly analytical Project Management Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, focusing on resource management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain resource plans supporting a program of over 1,000 internal and external team members
Engage with program teams to confirm staffing, forecast future needs, track changes, and apply change control processes
Partner with onboarding/offboarding teams to provide forecasting and workload visibility
Develop and deliver summarized resource status reports for leadership
Collaborate with Finance to provide resource analysis supporting accurate monthly spend forecasts
Analyze data from multiple sources to produce tables, charts, and graphs for reporting
Schedule and facilitate resource management meetings, including in-person 1:1s
Support the PMO Director and leadership team as needed in a dynamic SAP implementation environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a PMO or Program Management Office role, preferably on large software or SAP programs
Strong ability to manage large, complex datasets related to resource planning
Advanced Excel skills, including filters, freeze panes, hide/unhide, and graph creation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Experience supporting SAP transformation programs
Exposure to contract or vendor resource management
