Engage with customers via phone, email, and other platforms to understand their needs and provide product/service solutions
Manage incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders accurately
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to ensure timely service and product delivery
Resolve customer issues and handle challenges with urgency and professionalism
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs in a team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Customer service oriented with a passion for delivering results
Proficient with computers and CRM or order entry systems
Preferred
Business-to-business (B2B) experience preferred but not required
Ability to Commute: Evansville, IN 47714 (Preferred)
