Responsibilities
Working with management and mechanical team to design custom machines and controls systems
Design and develop control systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
Assist supporting previously built systems and integrating new automated systems
Work with assembly, mechanical engineers and upper management to design and support solutions
Involvement with development and future growth in technology
Design and integrate with modern manufacturing processes
Analyze and troubleshoot fundamental controls issues
Qualification
Required
Fundamental knowledge of electrical design
Electrical, Pneumatic and Servo experience
Proficiency in Rockwell Studio 5000 Software or Siemens TIA Portal
Experience with programming Fanuc Robots
Proficient in AutoCAD
Occasional Travel required for project integration and support, both domestic and international
