Responsibilities

Mentor and Support: Actively train, guide, and mentor real estate agents, providing hands-on support to improve their transaction skills, market knowledge, and client relations. Promptly respond to agents' requests for assistance, ensuring they have the guidance needed to navigate compliance, contracts, and best practices effectively
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all transactions comply with your states real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations, addressing any compliance issues that arise. Maintain active membership in required real estate associations and participate in MLS audits to uphold brokerage standards and regulatory compliance
Client Guidance: Assist agents in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience
Market Analysis: Support agents in conducting in-depth market analysis to set competitive property values and pricing strategies
Negotiation Support: Work alongside agents to negotiate contracts and agreements that meet clients’ needs while ensuring legal compliance
Marketing and Listings Management: Oversee property listings and marketing strategies, including open houses, to attract potential buyers or tenants
Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintain organized, accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property details
Collaboration: Partner with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and agents, to facilitate smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction

Required

Active Managing Broker License in the state you are licensed in
3+ years of real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a managing broker role with strong compliance expertise
