Director of Sales Planning - Remote (NYC Try-State Area)
Focus 360 LLC is a leading media network providing media solutions to various stakeholders in the advertising industry. They are seeking a Director of Sales Planning to manage pre-sale documents and proposals, support account executives, and enhance proposal templates while maintaining communication with the sales team and upper management.

Responsibilities
Review and respond to Request for Proposals (RFP’s) with guidance from Director of Client Investments and VP of Business Operations
Produce pre-sale documents including presentations, proposals and agency templates for submission
Obtains necessary approval from Director of Client Investments on all pre-sale proposal/RFP submission materials
Work with various Account Executives to create/generate compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP submissions (ex. proposed media plan, mocks, research materials, case studies, qualitative research, etc.)
Work with Counterpoint Dashboard to troubleshoot live campaigns
Keep sales team appraised of all key issues, updated and relevant data associated with pre-sales efforts, updated affiliate lists and research numbers
Attend twice weekly company-wide Zoom meetings
Run and present “Billed and Booked” report weekly with comparisons to the previous year. Assist in the analysis of pre-sale pipeline management / reporting
Assist in lead finding to support Account Executives, using Miller Kaplan
Manage and strengthen current proposal templates and presentations decks. Make enhancement recommendations where appropriate
Weekly meeting(s) with Director of Client Investments and VP Business Operations for sales training, Ops training and to review any questions, issues, ideas they may have on the overall sales process
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' experience working with media planning, including complex audience goals and financial targets
Experience in radio traffic, planning or continuity at the station level or network level
Strong analytical mindset and financial understanding
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work with multiple sales personnel, multiple priorities
Customer-first mentality and ability to serve advertisers with differing goals
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that is developing and growing quickly
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing and persuasively present to a wide variety of audiences
Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred
Experience with Counterpoint and ACT1
1-2 years of radio station and or radio network experience
Knowledge of third party research tools e.g. Counterpoint, Act 1, Nielsen, GfK MRI, Miller Kaplan, Winmo, etc
