Responsibilities
Perform advanced budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, and forecasting functions to support City leadership, department operations, and long-term financial planning
Conduct complex financial, statistical, and operational analyses
Prepare regulatory and financial reports
Support rate-setting, debt management, and cost-of-service studies
Develop financial models and reporting systems to ensure fiscal sustainability and statutory compliance
Serve as a key financial and analytical advisor
Provide advanced financial analysis and recommendations
Support the Finance Director in budget development, financial planning, and fiscal oversight
Qualification
