Catalyst Sales Trainee (Summer 2026)
CSpring is launching its Catalyst Sales Trainee program, a 90-day paid sales experience designed to build a foundation for a future in tech sales. Participants will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real client interactions while developing their sales skills in a team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Gain hands-on training in prospecting, outreach, recruiting, pipeline management, and consultative sales skills
Receive mentorship from industry leaders
Participate in live sales activities, AI role-plays, and supervised execution in call pods
Network with fellow Catalyst cohort members and learn best practices
Progress through various phases of training including fundamentals, role-play, shadowing, supervised execution, and independent execution
Qualification
Required
