Responsibilities

Vendor Management – on-boarding new suppliers including sharing of GCID requirements via supplier welcome package and set-up guidance in our approvals and payable systems. Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure invoicing/payment procedures are clearly understood, documented and accurately managed
Drive On-Time Payments - Provide ongoing support ensuring timely vendor payments by reviewing & approving invoices, avoiding late fees, resolution of disputes, prompt acceptance of credits, expense monitoring and cross-functional process improvements
Controllership of Networking Spend – Optimize cost efficiency of the business by reviewing and understanding service level agreements (SLA), keeping vendors aligned to contractual rates, raising and recovering SLA credit requests
Maintain Accountability – influence others and hold responsible individuals accountable for issues resolution. Know when to involve the appropriate business partners, when to escalate and who to engage for effective resolution

Required

2+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Experience using Microsoft Projects software
Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
