Build & maintain strong client relationships
Understand client goals & align processes accordingly
Lead project teams & ensure delivery excellence
Allocate work to the team and measure their success on deliverables
Motivate the team to ensure optimum productivity
Proactive communication with clients & teams
Manage project delivery from planning to completion
Getting the work done by the team within the project schedules
Qualification
Required
Graduation in computer sciences
12+ years' of experience in client/team management
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Customer-oriented approach
Strong business acumen & problem-solving
Create/Review project documentation
Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Jira, MS Project)
Data Analysis (SQL, Tableau, Excel)
Familiar with Data Engineering Technologies/process
Should have implemented at least one data warehousing project
Business Process Improvement (SDLC, workflow optimization)
Preferred
PMP certification is strongly preferrable
Familiarity with UML/context/data flow diagrams is good to have skill
Masters in Computer sciences or Management would be an added advantage
