Responsibilities
Partner with advisors and client service teams to provide day-to-day operational and servicing support for UHNW clients
Open and maintain accounts across multiple custodians; prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements
Manage daily cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, wires, gifts, and journals
Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate trade execution and processing
Perform account maintenance, reconciliation, and data accuracy checks within internal systems (Salesforce proficiency preferred)
Monitor workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper documentation and compliance procedures are followed
Communicate directly with clients and custodians via phone and email in a professional, polished manner
Assist with portfolio rebalancing, billing reviews, and report preparation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services client support
Demonstrated experience handling money movement, trading, or custodial transactions
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills — able to correspond confidently with both clients and internal stakeholders
Strong understanding of custodial operations
Ability to manage high-touch client relationships
Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software
Preferred
Preference given to candidates with UHNW experience
Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodial platforms strongly preferred
