Case Manager - Family Preservation
The Villages of Indiana is the largest private non-profit provider of Child and Family services in Indiana, and they are seeking a Case Manager for Family Preservation. In this role, you will provide home-based services to families involved in the child welfare system and coordinate community resources while developing rapport with families and children.

Responsibilities
Provide home based services to families involved in the child welfare system
Conduct frequent home visits that will include needs and safety assessments of the parents and children in the home
Coordinate community resources for the family
Develop rapport and use a strengths-based approach with the families and children
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or directly related human service field is required
If degree is BSW, then licensure (LBSW) is required
Knowledge of community resource
