Responsibilities
Perform daily reconciliations of cash, trades, and positions
Maintain and track investor capital flows; communicate updates to the trading team
Liaise with clients to facilitate account onboarding
Identify and resolve trade breaks with executing brokers and custodians
Manage data within the firm’s financial reporting software
Research and process corporate actions
Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting
Prepare and distribute quarterly investor invoices
Support GIPS compliance reporting and annual verification
Assist in preparing regulatory filings
Contribute to ongoing operational compliance initiatives
Handle ad hoc data and analysis requests as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in financial services or accounting
Bachelor's degree required
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with team members, clients, custodians, and vendors
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Black Diamond is a plus
Preferred
Experience with Black Diamond is a plus
