Delivery Manager

Saicon is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to be based onsite at a customer location in Downtown Omaha. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of customer engagements by managing onsite employee relationships and coordinating between onsite teams and offshore delivery units.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end oversight of assigned customer engagements
Ensure contractual deliverables, SLAs, and milestones are met consistently
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery coordination with the customer
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points and drive timely resolution
Manage and support onsite consultants and employees working at the customer location
Foster strong employee engagement, morale, and retention
Address day-to-day employee concerns, performance issues, and workplace coordination
Ensure compliance with customer policies and organizational standards
Coordinate closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
Translate customer expectations into clear execution plans for offshore teams
Drive effective communication across time zones, ensuring clarity on priorities and timelines
Monitor offshore delivery quality, productivity, and adherence to agreed processes
Track delivery status, utilization, and operational metrics
Provide regular status updates and reports to internal leadership and customer stakeholders
Support demand forecasting, resource planning, and onboarding/offboarding activities
Ensure delivery processes follow established governance and quality standards

Required

8+ years of experience in IT services delivery, program management, or engagement management
Proven experience working onsite with enterprise or Fortune 500 customers
Strong experience managing distributed teams (onsite and offshore)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to handle ambiguity, multiple priorities, and fast-paced environments

Preferred

Prior experience working with system integrators or managed services engagements
Experience supporting staffing, project-based, or hybrid delivery models
Familiarity with governance models, SLAs, and delivery metrics
