Responsibilities
Lead daily operations at assigned ASCs, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant care
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and team performance
Partner closely with physicians, anesthesia, nursing, and corporate leadership to drive quality and growth
Support regulatory and accreditation readiness and follow-up
Monitor operational and financial performance and implement improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of leadership experience in an ASC or outpatient surgery setting
Strong understanding of ASC regulations, quality programs, and survey readiness
Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work weekends and travel regularly between Queens, Smithtown, and the Hamptons
