Plan to Report (PTR) Finance Transformation Analyst

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic liaison between IT and Finance to strengthen partnerships and optimize planning/reporting platforms such as OneStream and Finance360, ensuring project objectives are achieved
Collaborate with finance leaders, business units, and external consultants to align priorities and drive transformation outcomes
Develop and execute testing strategies to assess system functionality, address business issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
Drive user adoption through targeted training, clear communication, and ongoing support aligned with transformation goals
Operate with a high level of independence, initiative, and accountability
Support the design and execution of integrated forecasting strategies, including driver‑based planning and contribution margin analysis
Champion data quality, master data management, and governance standard and best practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related technical area
5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or transformation roles
Experience developing project user stories
Strong expertise in planning processes, including short‑term forecasting, budgeting, Long‑Term Planning (LTP), and financial reporting
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), Financial systems and/or EPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, OneStream)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale system implementations and driving change management initiatives
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)
CPA or equivalent professional certification
Proven experience in process automation and financial systems integration
FP&A experience, including hands‑on responsibility for Long‑Term Planning (LTP)
Strong affinity for technology and familiarity with modern analytics tools and techniques
