Responsibilities
Set up press brakes using drawings and bend simulations
Inspect parts with precision tools
Calculate sheet metal bend allowances for various materials
Maintain and calibrate press brake machinery
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Conduct quality spot inspections
Program and operate all press brake features
Perform forming operations with standard/custom punches
Troubleshoot and resolve press brake issues
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of press brake experience, ideally in architectural metals fabrication
Proficient in press brake programming
Able to set up the press brake from the ground up – not just operate it
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints
Steel-toe boots required
Pass a pre-employment drug screening
Ability to Commute: Rogers, MN 55374 (Required)
