Small Commercial Account Manager and Agent
Superior Insurance Group is expanding nationally and is seeking a Small Commercial Account Manager and Agent to join their Bay City team. This role involves advising small business owners, managing accounts, and contributing to business growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Write, manage, and service small commercial accounts (under $10,000 premium)
Service an assigned book of business
Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and certificates
Prepare submissions and work directly with carriers
Document activity in AMS360 and AgencyZoom
Collaborate with Producers and the commercial team
Provide proactive service and coverage guidance to clients
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of commercial lines insurance experience
Active Michigan Property and Casualty license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Service-driven and detail oriented
Confident working with clients and carriers
Preferred
Experience with AMS360 and AgencyZoom
