Assisting in the compiling and filing of substantive submissions before U.S. Customs and Border Patrol and U.S. Court of International Trade
Filing of time sensitive matters before U.S. Customs and Border Patrol and U.S. Court of International Trade
Researching different industries in multiple countries
Preparation and monitoring of Protests and Prior Disclosures
Monitoring of US Customs & Border Protections ACE portal
Translation of Chinese documents and website information
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ACCESS Database and Business Intelligent tools
Strong data analysis skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle large projects for multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work as a cohesive team member
Ability to work independently, identify priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and matters with tight deadlines
Fluent in Mandarin
Four-year undergraduate degree
Preferred
Prior experience with US Customs & Border Protections ACE portal
