Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and the former Executive Director to develop the overall Radical Innovation strategy, purpose, and annual calendar
Create and maintain the Radical Innovation timeline to ensure all milestones are met
Track and analyze Radical Innovation KPIs to measure success
Identify, solicit, and secure sponsorships to support Radical Innovation’s mission and events
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to expand Radical Innovation’s financial resources
Cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, industry leaders, and strategic partners
Manage sponsor deliverables and ensure partnership agreements are fulfilled
Drive the end-to-end competition process, from opening submissions to managing the jury review and finalist selection
Coordinate and manage the Advisory Board and the Jury
Lead the planning and execution of the annual Radical Innovation event in NYC, including logistics, contracts, vendors, and guest coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, past winners, and program participants
Partner with The Hardy Group Marketing Department to guide website content updates aligned with current messaging and branding
Provide ideas and messaging for email campaigns; marketing manages design and distribution
Brainstorm social media content while the Marketing Specialist handles posting and engagement
Collaborate with graphic support to turn concepts into finished materials
Qualification
Required
Experience in sponsorship development, donor relations, or business development
Skilled in event planning and program execution
Excellent project management abilities
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with high-level executives and stakeholders
Passionate about innovation, design, and the future of hospitality
