Active Directory expert – knows best practices and can lead the companies re-vamping of AD
Mac and Windows desktop troubleshooting
Acta SSO knowledge a plus
ZenDesk knowledge
Pro-active approach to getting things done
Qualification
Required
Very strong Active Directory skills
Solid skills with Windows on both the desktop and server
Mac desktop troubleshooting skills
Expert on Help Desk process and procedure
Knowledge of best practices for Active Directory
Pro-active approach to getting things done
