Vice President
Vintti is a profitable, founder-led manufacturing and technology company entering a pivotal leadership transition. They are seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Operations to partner closely with the current President and CEO, with a clear and intentional path to assuming the President role within 18–24 months.
Responsibilities
Translate the company’s long-term vision into actionable strategic and operating plans
Partner with the CEO and President on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Lead cross-functional prioritization and decision-making
Oversee Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Administrative functions
Modernize systems and processes, including ERP, reporting, and workflows
Drive operational excellence, predictability, and accountability
Coach, develop, and hold senior leaders accountable for results
Address performance gaps directly and constructively
Shadow the President to absorb institutional knowledge and leadership context
Prepare to assume full executive authority as President
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or hardware-centric organizations
10–15 years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience scaling companies with $20M–$100M in annual revenue
Strong background in operations and corporate strategy
Experience building, fixing, or scaling operating systems
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
Comfort working closely with founders and navigating leadership transitions
ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred)
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to work on-site or hybrid in Holbrook, Long Island, NY
Preferred
Engineering-adjacent leadership experience is highly preferred
Strong systems-level thinking and strategic clarity
High operational rigor and process orientation
Calm authority and steadiness under pressure
High emotional intelligence, particularly with engineers and operators
Decisiveness and comfort making difficult trade-offs
Ownership mindset with long-term orientation
