Volunteer Events Coordinator
Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a national Community Affairs volunteer campaign. This hybrid role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing volunteer initiatives across the country, while managing multiple projects and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support a national Community Affairs volunteer campaign
Plan, coordinate, and execute volunteer initiatives across the country
Manage multiple projects and work with nonprofit partners
Handle reporting and data tracking
Support large-scale employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, nonprofit, or administrative support
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and reporting required)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working hybrid in NYC with occasional evening hours
Ability to lift 5–15 lbs for event support
