Gain meaningful hands-on working experience from their respective team
Participate in our development program, which includes speakers and/or training on various topics including ClearBridge investment products, our fundamental research process, the roles of our sales and client service teams, etc
Participate in an intern group project and other social and volunteer events
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
A passion for learning about financial markets
High proficiency in all Microsoft applications, especially Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful, with both a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task and organize to meet deadlines
