Responsibilities
Own and evolve our software product for digital channel capabilities for banking customers, spanning mobile applications and web portals
Focuses on digital channel capabilities for banks and the underlying platform capabilities that power them—authentication, entitlements, navigation, transactions, personalization, notifications, and integrations with core banking and other downstream services
Work closely with an Engineering Manager (EM) in a dual-track agile model, owning the what and why of the product while partnering on delivery execution within a dedicated Scrum team
Work as a team with a second product manager (PM) in the same domain
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in Product Management roles
Mandatory experience working in digital banking or financial services technology, such as: Banks (digital banking, channels, or e-banking teams), or Digital banking platform vendors, digital engagement providers, or fintechs focused on customer-facing solutions (e.g., Backbase, Temenos, Alkami, Apiture)
Experience with digital banking or engagement platforms (e.g. mobile banking SDKs, channel orchestration layers, digital onboarding solutions)
Exposure to API-first or microservices-based architectures
Proven experience delivering mobile and/or web-based products used at scale by end customers
Strong experience working in agile Scrum teams with close PM–Engineering Manager collaboration
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, define product direction, and deliver incremental customer value
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
