Execute base track and more long track design solutions (broad range of product price points and model types)
Active and proficient participant in the creative process and cross-functional communication
Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences
Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with key partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required in Design
3-4 years of footwear design experience
Excellent footwear knowledge and experience in product design
Experience in performance footwear and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software
Candidate is open and brings creativity to the team (curious)
Create original product designs or refresh existing products with supervision from Design leadership

Footwear design
Preferred
BA/BFA/MA/MFA preferred
Associate Degree preferred
Preferred design experience: 5-7 years
Creative experience (consumer/segment/dimensions)

Digital design acumen (design-based software needed: Creative Suite)
Preferred knowledge and experience with advanced digital tools / 3D skills
