Responsibilities

Provide administration and end-user support for enterprise SaaS solutions, including Laserfiche, procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, and other financial and content management platforms

Required

Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and nine years of Relevant Experience. Requirements May Be Met Through a Combination of education and experience
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Five or more years of relevant experience administrating and supporting some combination of the following: Laserfiche, procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, or other enterprise SaaS platforms
Knowledge and understanding of integration tools and processes, including relational databases and database connections
Understanding of enterprise-wide systems with ability to design and support solutions for growth and scalability across multiple business functions and departments
